The structure is led by an Executive Director, Wilco Ravestijn and supported with a girl’s Technical Director, Quen Willis. With Wilco and Quen, Texas Spirit empowers two individuals with passion and coaching knowledge to manage and grow soccer development at Texas Spirit Soccer Club.
